Summer blockbuster season is here – and the movie release dates on the way are banger after banger. For one thing, there's that long-awaited Oppenheimer and Barbie double bill (that's the correct order to watch them in, too, in our opinion…), as well as a new Mission: Impossible movie in the form of Dead Reckoning Part One.

What else? Well, there's more superhero fare on the way with DC's Blue Beetle and Gran Turismo and Haunted Mansion are getting the big-screen treatment. Later on in the year, there are new movies from directors like Luca Guadagnino and Yorgos Lanthimos, plus Martin Scorsese's highly anticipated Killers of the Flower Moon. Oh, and you can also throw in Ridley Scott's Napoleon movie, Dune Part Two, and Zack Snyder's Rebel Moon before the year is out. For all that and more, grab your popcorn and dive into our complete guide to 2023's movie release dates.
